Chiesi certified Top Employer also for 2017

Chiesi is Top Employer Italy for the ninth consecutive year and Top Employer Europe for the fifth consecutive year, confirming to be among the entrepreneurial excellence for the working conditions of its employees. It is the independent research of the Top Employers Institute to certify it, which examines at global level companies with more than 2,500 employees in HR departments, carrying out a full analysis of the management structures and working conditions within the companies. The Top Employer certification program is a process that lasts about a year and, following a structured phase of analysis and verification, awards companies that provide the highest standards in terms of working conditions and benefits, training and development, career opportunities, remuneration policies and corporate culture.

The Top Employer Europe certification is granted only to those companies that achieve the prestigious award in, at least, five European countries. More precisely, in addition to Italy, Chiesi has been certified in France, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom and Spain. Chiesi has also obtained the US Top Employer certification for the second consecutive time and, for the first time this year, the prestigious Top Employer Brazil award.
